Another office for Cresa

This is the company’s second Polish office, after the recent opening of the Warsaw headquarters in the Warsaw Spire building. The new office is headed by Michał Grabikowski, who is also the head of tenant representation for the office department in Wrocław. “As Cresa’s expansion in Poland gathers pace, we’ve decided to open an office in Wrocław, the capital of Lower Silesia. Having set up key operational departments in our head office in Warsaw, we realised we needed to be closer to tenants,” said Piotr Kaszyński, the managing partner of Cresa Poland.
