POLAND Skanska has sold the first two buildings of the High5ive office complex in Kraków to the real estate fund manager Niam for EUR 75 mln.
The transaction is to be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the fourth quarter 2017, with the transfer of the property scheduled for the second quarter 2018.
The two buildings offering app. 23,400 sqm in total and are scheduled for completion in sequence in the first and in the second quarter 2018. Tenants of the complex include Ocado and Business Link.
