LATVIA Two companies are to compete for the opportunity to design Rail Baltica’s Airport Riga railway station.
After evaluating the applications of five candidates in the first stage of the international tender, two companies have been recognised as eligible for the second stage in terms of professional competences and ability: Aecom Inocsa S.L.U and a partnership of suppliers Prosiv.
In the second stage they are to prepare and submit a technical and financial offer to the procurement commission, which consists of representatives of a joint venture between Baltic States RB Rail AS, the Latvian Ministry
