Tallest skyscraper in Europe nearing completion

The tallest building in Europe will be a mixed-use complex with 87 floors and delivery is scheduled for October with Gazprom Neft to move its headquarters into the building in the following month. The construction started in 2012 and the building was topped off in June. Currently the façade is being installed and the fitting work is underway. The building will have an observation deck that should open to the public at the end of 2019. Currently all three of the tallest buildings in Europ
