CPI redesigns the Spektrum

CZECH REPUBLIC CPI Property Group is to demolish the Spektrum shopping centre in Čestlice south east of Prague and replace it with a new strip mall featuring a minimalistic design.
The 6,600 sqm strip mall with 20 units, which will be developed in an investment of CZK 300 mln, is to be designed by Chapman Taylor Architects and its surrounding grounds by Šmídová Landscape Architects. Tenants will be offered a ‘duplex’ option, of extending their stores with the addition of a second floor.
