POLAND Conectys has leased office space on flexible terms in the Maraton office building, where initially 100 staff now work.
The tenant, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield with its strategic partner ShareSpace, officially moved into the building at 43 ul. Królowej Jadwigi in Poznań on November 30th. The deal was signed with Business Link, which is the co-working operator for the building.
Headquartered in Bucharest, Conectys provides outsourcing and technical support services in 35 languages. It employs over 1,000 people and its Polish centre is its ninth global location with the company previously having opened centres in Romania, Belgium, Taiwan, the Philippines, Turkey and the US.
The building, which is LEED ‘Gold’ certified, comprises 21,000 sqm of class A office space as well as a retail area of 3,200 sqm.
