Codic picks up its trowels in Budapest

The 21,000 sqm project will be a part of the Green Court mixed-use complex, which is also to include the Green Court Residence with 275 apartments in two buildings, The residential part is to be completed by the end of this year, while the entire project is to be completed in Q4 2020. Green Court Office is to be a seven-storey development. Some 1,700 sqm of retail, an internal garden and large terraces on each floor are also planned. The building will have flexible floor plates of over 2,400 sqm, which can be partitioned to tenant requirements. Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed as the co-exclusive leasing agents for the office development. The complex is to be BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Excellent’.

“Among several new developments that Codic is planning to build in Budapest over the foreseeable future, Green Court is the first to be started and it will complete the development of a complex, the residential part of which has already met with tremendous commercial success. The offices are designed and are to be finished and equipped to Codic Group’s usual high standards,” said Christophe Boving, the head of development in Hungary at Codic.

Codic, which was founded in 1970, has been active in Budapest since 2006, where it has already developed the 17,000 sqm gla Krisztina Palace.
