Eastern ring road for Warsaw in six years

POLAND The General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has announced a engineering tender for the detailed plan for the construction of a 10 km eastern section of the Warsaw ring road.
The engineers’ task will be to prepare the documentation for the project that complies with the environmental specifications for the project. It will also have to carry out a detailed geological survey for the project. The expressway is to extend national road no. 17 from the Ząbki interchange to the Zakręt interchange. Matexi Polska is entering the final stage of its Splot Wola residential development at ul. Sowińskiego 28 in Warsaw, with more than 75 pct of the apartments already sold. EPP has completed the EUR 106 mln refinancing of four M1 shopping centres in Bytom, Częstochowa, Poznań and Radom. The refinancing supports the company’s efforts to optimise its capital structure. The City of Poznań and Dekpol Budownictwo have signed a contract for the major redevelopment of the Poznań Palm House. The city’s landmark attraction will undergo an extensive upgrade to bring it up to modern technical standards and provide better conditions for its plants and animals. The contract was signed on 17 August, with Dekpol Budownictwo appointed as the general contractor.

Under a long-term lease agreement, the company has taken an additional 592 sqm on the building’s fourth floor. Romania Horizon City wins financing

Strabag to build for Wrocław Airport

Wrocław Airport is to construct a terminal to serve passengers travelling outside the Schengen Area. The project. which is being developed in an investment of PLN 15.4 mln, will increase the airport's capacity, improve passenger traffic management, and maintain a high level of comfort until the expansion of the main terminal is completed.
