RUSSIA The largest transport hub has opened in New Moscow, which will process around 115,000 commuters a day.
The Salaryevo hub has been built over an area of 15.5 ha and will also feature a shopping centre with almost 300 stores. The journey by underground train from the hub to the city centre takes around 30 minutes. The complex contains a station for national and local area coach connections with 15 platforms capable of handling 250 runs and 43,000 passengers every day. Strabag to help build Fehmarn tunnel

Strabag has been appointed by DB InfraGO AG to construct several sections of the Fehmarn Sound Crossing, connecting the island of Fehmarn with the German mainland via a 2.2 km tunnel. The tunnel is to replace the existing Fehmarn Sound Bridge. Road traffic will run on four lanes through two tunnel tubes, while a rail line will be routed on two tracks in separate tubes.
