BP takes 22,000 sqm in Agora

HUNGARY Oil and gas company BP is to move the 1,800 employees of its global business services unit to 22,000 sqm in the Agora development in Budapest, in one of the largest office leases signed in the country this year so far.

The tenant is scheduled to move in in the summer of 2020 On completion, the building, which is being developed by HB Reavis, will include 130,000 sqm of space and comply with Well and BREEAM standards. The design is by London- based studio Make with local partner Finta.
