Ghelamco presents Foksal façades

Residential
POLAND Ghelamco is completing the renovation of the 19th century Foksal 13 and 15 tenement buildings and the south side façade has now been completed. Many of the original architectural details have been preserved.

The project was led by architects and designers Anna Rostkowska, and Eric Kuster.
The southern façade, designed by Sud Architectes, has a minimalist look with large balcony windows and a stone and marmoglass finish. The original cast iron slabs and balcony balustrades are being renovated and the plastered exterior wall has been painted with special silicate paints. The tenement houses were built in 1898 to a design by Artur Otton Spitzbarth.
