POLAND UK-based private equity real estate fund manager Benson Elliot, has acquired the Diamentum office building in Wrocław from Polish developer Cavatina for nearly EUR 20 mln.
The building, completed earlier this year, includes 9,300 sqm of grade A office space over eight floors and has parking spaces for 100 vehicles, both outdoor and underground. It has been awarded a BREEAM certificate with a rating of ‘Very Good’. “Diamentum, just like many other commercial buildings in our portfolio at Cavatina Holding was designed by our in house team of architects,” said Daniel Draga, the CFO at Cavatina Holding.
