TriGranit completes H

The eight-storey, 9,855 sqm gla building is already 45 pct leased. City Break has opened a 400 sqm restaurant (the first in the entire complex) on the ground floor, while serviced office provider New Work is occupying around 2,800 sqm. Herbalife Nutrition, meanwhile, has prolonged its 2,150 sqm lease agreement in building C and expanded its current office by additionally taking up a floor (1,278 sqm gla) of building H.

“I am very pleased with the launch of building H, the 8th building in our Bonarka for Business office project in Kraków, which now consists of close to 75,000 sqm gla. We are benefitting from the strength of Central and Eastern European economies and their healthy office market dynamics. This year we will be launching the construction of another two office buildings in the B4B complex with a total of 20,000 sqm gla, as well as the first, 26,000 sqm gla phase of Silesia for Business in Katowice this summer. The construction of Millennium Gardens office development in Budapest, which will have 37,000 sqm gla, is progressing well, with its completion expected in Q2 2021. With these projects, TriGranit’s office pipeline is close to 100,000 sqm gla in three CEE cities,” revealed Tom Lisiecki, the CEO of TriGranit.

Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H completed, the B4B complex now has 75,000 sqm gla. At the moment buildings A to G are 100 pct leased. TriGranit is preparing to start the construction of the next building (I) and one more (J) in the next few years, bringing the total leasable area up to 95,000 sqm and the investment costs for the entire complex up to EUR 200 mln.
