Horyzont Praga on the horizon

Residential
POLAND Cordia Polska has started the pre-sales for a new Warsaw project in Warsaw’s Praga district – the Horyzont Praga building, which is under construction at the junction of ul. Ostrobramska and ul. Rodziewiczówny and will contain 164 apartments on 17 floors.

Horyzont Praga will be the tallest building in Cordia’s portfolio in Europe, with a height of 55m. The apartments, which will range from 35 sqm to 128 sqm, will have balconies, loggias or terraces, while those on the ground floor will have gardens of up to 50 sqm. Retail and services will also be situated on the ground floor.

“We have specialised in low, small buildings until now. The upper floors of Horizon Prague, in addition to having spectacular views of Warsaw, will also have a superior standard of finishing in the corridors, which will include wallpapers, carpets and sconces,” reveals Michał Melaniuk, the managing director of Cordia Polska’s residential projects.

The project will feature a large range of amenities for the residents. A green patio, bicycle storage rooms and bicycle racks are to be provided, and around the building there will be a green, wooded area with benches and relaxation places. Bicycle boxes and separate places for electric cars will also be available in the two-storey underground car park.

The Latergrupa Architekci studio of Warsaw is responsible for the design, while Kalter is the general contractor. The completion of the construction work has been scheduled for Q3 2021.
