Work soon to start on Saint Martin

Saint Martin Residences with 50 serviced apartments, a fitness centre, wellness area and a lobby. The design, which has been approved by the city’s historic preservation officer, is by the Poznań studio East Architects and the building permit has been issued. “We have already chosen a contractor to demolish the outbuilding and prepare the construction site for the general contractor – a position for which we are still looking for offers,” says Marcin Smoliński, the project manager. Work is to start this autumn.
