Fifth Váci Greens building changes hands

HUNGARY Atenor has announced that it has reached an agreement to sell the fifth building of the Váci Greens office complex to a Hungarian private fund set up by MEFG for an undisclosed sum.

Building E of the complex, which comprises almost 23,500 sqm of office space, is scheduled for completion in September 2020. Construction work began on this and the sixth and final building, Váci Greens F, last year. Once completed, Váci Greens will have a total area of 130,000 sqm.

In 2011, it was the first project in the city to be awarded BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. The first four buildings were sold between the end of 2016 and the end of 2017.

A Biedronka grocery store has opened on ul. Władysława Andersa in Białystok, as the first tenant of a retail park that is still under construction at that address. The rest of the park, under development by Redkom, is scheduled to open in Q4 2026.

The topping-out ceremony has taken place at the Skyliner II construction site at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, with the construction work having now reached the building's target height of 130m. The second tower of the complex is being developed by Karimpol Polska with Warbud acting as the general contractor. The final stage of the project has now begun with work on the façade, installations, and interior finishes.

GXO has signed a lease for around 26,000 sqm of warehouse space at 7R Park Lavičky, a modern complex being developed in a joint venture with the Czech investment fund WOOD & Company.
