POLAND Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive commercialisation agent for the Bawełnianka shopping centre in Bełchatów.
The 23,000 sqm shopping centre is in the centre of the town built on the site of the former Bełchatowskie Zakłady Przemysłu Bawełnianego cotton mill. The mall includes around 100 stores and service outlets, a number of restaurants and a leisure zone with a cinema and a fitness club.
