POLAND Retalia, the largest retail building in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, is now under construction in the town centre.
The construction of the strip mall is to start in the spring, with the completion of the building scheduled for autumn 2020. It will be located at the main junction of ul. Królewska and ul. Rzemieślnicza – directly off provincial road no. 719. Neighbouring the site there is a Lidl store, an Orlen petrol station and a McDonald’s drive-thru.
Retalia will comprise more than 5,000 sqm of gross leasable space and will eventually have 15 stores. A car park for more than 100 vehicles is planned.
