Silesia Outlet now Factory Gliwice

POLAND Neinver is to rename the Silesia Outlet centre Factory Gliwice with the centre to start operating under the new name on April 3rd.

“Consolidating ​​operational management, rental and marketing under one strong brand is an important part of our development strategy for the newest outlet centre in Poland. The change of name and the adoption of the red and white colours of the Factory logo will significantly improve the centre’s brand recognition for Neinver's business partners in Poland and Europe, its tenants and its stores,” says Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz, the country head for Poland at Neinver. After a year of operations the centre has signed new leases with tenants that include Adidas with an 800 sqm store, Tefal and Crocs.

The centre includes over 12,000 sqm gla with 60 stores and its tenants also include Bytom, Guess, Diverse, Pierre Cardin, Pepe Jeans, Only, Triumph, New Balance, Puma and Reebok.
