POLAND Echo Investment has launched its new online viewing and booking system for residential sales.
By using the new system, meetings can take place with an online customer advisor, prospective buyers can talk a stroll around a building, choose an apartment, negotiation the terms of the reservation contract remotely using the CRM system – and finally sign the reservation contract, all without leaving home.
The developer’s first few clients have already completed the process of choosing and booking an apartment using a secure digital signature. The reservation agreement is the first formal
