CZECH REPUBLIC Kaprain in a joint venture with Lighthouse has started the construction of the Harfa Business Center in Prague 9, according to local media.
The two companies also completed the neighbouring Harfa Office Center (30,000 sqm) in 2019. Syner is the general contractor of their latest project, while AED Project is the project engineer. The architectural design of the building is the work of Prague studio ADR.
The 30,000 sqm office building (with some retail) will be situated opposite the O2 arena in the city’s Libeň district. The main tenant will be telecoms company Cetin.
