ROMANIA Commercial property developer Iulius and the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry have together announced a project to renovate the Romexpo exhibition complex in a EUR 2.87 bln investment.
A number of museums, a mixed-use event hall, a new park and office and retail space is to be developed. The project will include an Art Museum to house the works of sculptor Constantin Brâncuși as well as mixed-use space in the George Enescu hall
The current Romexpo exhibition pavilions are to be renovated to become a large Conference and Congress Center and a new park is to take up 30 pct of the development area of the development. New roads and bicycle lanes are to be created to ease traffi
