Vantage comes to Łódź

Residential
Vantage Development has announced that it has bought land at auction on ul. Tuwima in Łódź, where it intends to develop around 240 rental apartments.

The company is also to convert old warehouse buildings in the vicinity into retail and service units. The design work is to begin once the final contract, which is worth over PLN 8.5 mln, has been signed. The company is currently looking to recruit a project manager in Łódź. At the beginning of the year the company also entered the market in Poznań with the purchase of four properties.
