IT services provider Diverse CG has leased more than 3,000 sqm of office space in building Z of Generation Park in Warsaw. The company is planning to move into its new offices in Q4 2020. With this latest signing, Generation Park Z is now 100 pct leased.
Generation Park Z, on ul. Towarowa in the city’s Wola-Centrum district, comprises app. 19,000 sqm gla. The LEED ‘Platinum’ certified building forms part of the three-building Generation Park office complex, which will eventually have a total leasable area of 88,000 sqm.
