Panattoni is to build a 40,000 sqm production plant of in Kalisz for a German industrial equipment producer.
The BTS project should be completed in Q3 2021. As a result, the tenant will increase its production capacity in Poland and double its staffing levels by eventually employing around 650 people.
Around 36,500 sqm of the total area will be used for production, while 3,500 sqm will comprise office and social space.
