The first Resi4Rent building in Browary Warszawskie (the Warsaw Brewery) mixed-use development in Warsaw has been issued with an occupancy permit.
Resi4Rent Browary Warszawskie will eventually offer 450 rental apartments in two buildings – the first of which is now finished, while the adjoining 17-storey residential tower is to come into use in November. On the top floors the buildings also have seven two-storey apartments.
