POLAND West 4 Business Hub up and running

Office & mixed-use development
Echo Investment has put into use the first stage of the West 4 Business Hub office complex in Wrocław.

The first tenant is Polish IT company Sii, which has relocated its Wrocław offices to the 15,600 sqm office building. Knight Frank has been chosen as the property manager of the building.

Bringing into use the first building of the West 4 Business Hub represents the realisation of our strategy of creating modern office projects along ul. Na Ostatnim Groszu. We have provided the Wrocław office market with a well-designed, but most of all safe space to work. West 4 Business Hub is our second project, following The Villa Offices in Warsaw, to have been completed during the pandemic and whose schedule, despite the difficult situation, was not changed. Thanks to this, the employees of our tenant Sii were able to begin working there on time. As the owners of office buildings we want to use every possible tool to enhance the comfort of our tenants. Thanks to the implementation of our ‘Five for Safety’ programme, as well as other technological solutions, the employees of our tenants will be able to feel safe in the building.
Katarzyna Kubicka, the regional director of Echo Investment’s offices department

Five for Safety comprises a series of rules and recommendations focused on five areas: disinfection, protection, social distancing, information and communication. It includes such recommendations as the disinfection of common areas every 30 minutes, gloves and face masks available at the front desk, ‘clean in & clean out’ rules for all building employees and service staff and a one-way traffic recommendation – people entering the building to use the elevator, those leaving to use the stairs. The building also features a ventilation system designed to prevent the spread of toxic fungi, mould, bacteria, and viruses through the air, as well as a mobile app that reduces the need to touch many of the fittings..

West 4 Business Hub is situated on ul. Na Ostatnim Groszu in Gądów Mały district about 10 km west of the city centre. It is to be built in four stages.
