Poland Norblin topped off

The Norblin Factory complex on ul. Żelazna in Warsaw has been topped off. Warbud is the general contractor of the eight-storey, 44m building, while Capital Park Group is the developer.
All the construction work should be completed in Q2 2021. Work is now underway on the interior finishings and on the façades. All the renovation work of the old factory buildings in the complex is nearing completion. The brickworkhas been repointed, although some bullet marks from the second world war have been kept, and the new roof girders have been fitted. Original stucco details are also being recreated.
