POLAND 7R buys 20 ha for Gdańsk complex

Warehouse & industrial
7R has won a tender to buy 20 ha of land in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk, where it now plans to build the 7R Park Gdańsk Port warehousing complex.

The site is located close to the Port of Gdańsk and DCT Gdańsk – the largest deep water terminal in the Baltic.

We wanted to build a logistics park near the largest and fastest growing Polish container terminal. Thanks to this, we will extend our portfolio with a specialist project, adapted to shipping activities around the port and related to the maritime economy. It is worth noting that this conveniently located and well-connected area is also perfectly suited to the needs of the logistics, warehousing and light industry sectors. We are convinced that such a complex as 7R Park Gdańsk Port is essential for the future development of Gdańsk’s maritime transport.
Ryszard Gretkowski, the vice-president of 7R

7R Park Gdańsk will eventually have a total area of 123,000 sqm. According to the developer it will not only feature the latest PropTech systems but there will also be a focus on minimising its environmental impact. The project is at an early stage of design and planning.

In Pomerania 7R has already completed 7R Park Gdańsk I, 7R Park Tczew as well as last mile logistics urban warehouse 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport. It also has other ongoing projects at various stages, including 7R Park Gdańsk II, 7R City Flex Gdańsk and 7R City Flex Gdynia.
