Galerijа Belgrade, which according to the investor behind the project, Eagle Hills, is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the region, opened its doors for the first time on Saturday.
The opening ceremony was attended by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic as well as Mohamed Alabbar, the chairman of Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills.
The complex, which is situated on the banks of the Sava river close to Gazela bridge, covers a total area of 300,000 sqm, of which 143,000 sqm is floorspace with 96,000 sqm of leasable retail space.
