Third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has extended its partnership with online fashion platform Zalando to support its European operations. Commercial real estate investment across the CEE-6 markets reached EUR 5.8 bln in the first half of 2026, marking a significant improvement on recent years and confirming that investor confidence is returning to the region. However, this is not a broad-based recovery. Capital is flowing selectively towards assets offering resilient income, strong ESG performance and long-term relevance in a changing economic environment.

Mercator Estates, part of the Mercator Medical Group, has secured the final building permit for a residential redevelopment project in the centre of Kraków. The project will see two historic tenement buildings at the junction of ul. Lubicz and ul. Westerplatte restored and converted into a high-end residential development.

Bricomarché has expanded with the opening of two new DIY stores, in Częstochowa and Bielsk Podlaski, bringing its total number of outlets in the country to 228.

CeMat has appointed FineTech Construction as the general contractor for Moje Bielany 3, the latest stage of its mixed-use development in Warsaw's Bielany district. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

DHL eCommerce Polska has signed two new lease agreements with Hillwood Polska, securing more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse and office space across the Hillwood Zgierz I and Industrial Park Tychy logistics parks.

Warsaw’s office stock expanded by 45,210 sqm in H1 2026, driven by the completion of Studio A, Vena and the refurbishment of Przemysłowa 26-26a. While new office developments were completed in Q1, Q2 saw only the final phase of the refurbishment of Przemysłowa 26, according to the latest figures from Avison Young.
