ROMANIA Third stage of Fashion House Outlet Centre Militari opens

Retail & leisure
The third phase of Fashion House Outlet Centre Militari on Bucharest’s western outskirts has opened.

The new 2,600 sqm gallery has been developed by Fashion House Group in an investment of EUR 350,000. It will accommodate such well-known brand as Guess and Diesel, which have both enlarged their premises in the centre in its new extension, as well as Decimas, Union Brands and Smyk, with Liu Jo and Numero Uno to follow in the next few months.

Romanians have become more sensitive to the quality/price ratio, during this pandemic. This trend has translated into continued success for Fashion House Outlet Centre Militari, which has consolidated its position as a smart shopping destination. The opening of the third phase and the opening of new stores continue to demonstrate our constant interest in offering visitors access to the brands they love, at the most affordable prices.
Cornelia Nicolae, the retail operations director of Fashion House Group

Fashion House Militari, which opened in December 2008, now exceeds 14,000 sqm with 60 stores. The final phase of the project will be unveiled in 2021. Fashion House Group is also currently developing its second outlet centre in Bucharest – the 13,000 sqm Fashion House Pallady, which is scheduled to open in the spring of 2021. It will contain 59 stores and is already over 50 pct leased.
