CTPark Bor has a built-up area of more than 450,000 sqm

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has leased an additional 12,000 sqm in CTPark Bor in Western Bohemia.
The new warehousing space should be ready by the end of the year. This will be added to the 20,000 sqm that Hellmann already occupies in the complex.
CTPark Bor is a pilot project for its developer, CTP, which is introducing a new approach to the community on a large scale. This will include a wide range of services for tenants and local people, such as sports grounds, doctors’ surgeries, canteens and restaurants as well as accommodation for the employees of tenants.
