South Korean air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems specialist Jinsung has leased more than 10,300 sqm in Panattoni Park Wrocław XI.
Jinsung, which specialises in sanitary engineering for large commercial and public facilities, has been operating in the construction sector in Poland since June 2019, where it has worked on several large projects. The company is now planning further expansion into other European markets. JLL advised Jinsung on negotiating the terms of the contract.
