Accolade's Polish portfolio has grown in size by 30 pct to over 1 mln sqm and is now valued at EUR 700 mln. Consolidating its position in this market, Accolade Group has added new projects with a future area of almost 250,000 sqm.

The Polish market has been stable for a long time, has a great strategic location, and, thanks to the proactive approach of local governments towards foreign investors, offers a very attractive business environment
Milan Kratina the CEO of Accolade.

Since entering the market in 2015, Accolade Group has built a portfolio of 14 modern business complexes in Poland.

Over this year, several projects have been added, with the largest transaction being the conversion of a pre-war airship base in Legnica. The centre will have a total of 90,000 sqm of modern storage and production space the first section was completed in the summer, is already being used by technology company MiTek, clothing company Spreadshirt and logistics operator Raben.

Accolade has also presented its Bydgoszcz III project. The 46,000 sqm building will include a number of advanced environmental friendly systems, such as LED lighting, solar panels, and rainwater management systems.

The company's new parks also include the Gorzów Wielkopolski industrial park. The complex will eventually comprise 71,000 sqm to be built in four stages. The first section is already occupied by Logoplaste and Omnipack. Another new location is the Szczecin Airport park, near Goleniów. The first tenant is Bosch Group subsidiary Sia Abrasives.
