Poland Scandinawia grows bigger in Warsaw

Residential
Skanska is building the third and fourth apartment buildings of the Park Skandynawia estate on ul. Optyków in Warsaw.

The estate is to be BREEAM certified and entirely powered from renewable sources. One of the new blocks is to have six storeys and the other seven and a total of 206 apartments are to be constructed between 28 sqm and 110 sqm in size. Sales began last September and construction work was begun in December.
