Avison Young teams up with Limehouse to enter Hungary

Avison Young has announced a strategic affiliation with real estate advisory and asset management group Limehouse, which will now run its advisory services in Hungary under the Avison Young brand.

In parallel with this, Limehouse will also be carrying on with its asset management activity as Limehouse Partners.

Budapest-based Limehouse, which manages the assets of global institutional investors committed to the CEE market, recently expanded its service portfolio to include capital markets, property and project management to serve its established client base.

Limehouse previously managed an AXA-IM Real Assets portfolio worth more than EUR 1.6 bln across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Altogether the company has transacted more than EUR 3.5 bln of commercial real estate and currently manages a portfolio of app. 68,000 sqm on behalf of institutional investors and ultra high net worth individuals.
