POLAND Globalworth completes Podium Park B

Office & mixed-use development
Podium Park B, the second stage of the three-building complex in Kraków, has been completed by Globalworth.

The building contains 18,800 sqm of office space and 265 parking spaces. Eventually, the entire complex will have a leasable area of 55,000 sqm. Globalworth bought the office project from Podium Investment in December 2019 for EUR 134 mln. The first building, Podium Park A, was completed in 2018.

Podium Park B is the latest property in Globalworth’s portfolio that fits in with our strategy of offering high quality offices and creating a tenant community. With its opening, our office portfolio in Kraków has grown to almost 150,000 sqm, thus thus strengthening our position as the largest owner of office space in the city.
Łukasz Duczkowski, the head of investment at Globalworth Poland

TechnipFMC, which has been a tenant of another of Globalworth’s office properties in Kraków, Quattro Business Park, has opted to relocate to bigger offices in Podium Park B, where it will join Ailleron. The two tenants will together occupy 80 pct of the available space in the building.

Podium Park, which features 0.4 ha of green space, has obtained the highest possible BREEAM environmental certification level of ‘Outstanding’, with the first of the buildings earning a score of 96.2 pct under the system. The complex is situated close to the junction of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego, east of the city centre.
