Immofinanz CEO Ronny Pecik has signed as agreement to sell his holding in the Austrian real estate investor and as a result intends to submit his resignation from its executive board.
The vehicle Pecik owns, RPR Privatstiftung, has concluded an agreement to sell its stake in RPPK Immo, which holds 10.56 pct of Immofinanz’s voting rights, to Revenite Austria. The sale is conditional upon the agreement to the transaction by RPPK’s other shareholder, Eurovea – owned by Peter Korbačka (the founder and CEO of Slovakian developer J&T Real Estate). This approval has to be received by March 31st, 2021 for the deal to go through.
