Atenor's latest announced residential project follows that of Up-Site in Bucharest

Atenor has signed an agreement to acquire almost 8.3 ha of land in Budapest’s District XI for its Lake City residential development.
Lake City will comprise up to 92,183 sqm of residential space and 1,326 apartments developed in eight phases. A final building permit is in place for the first stage of the project.
The estate will be located in the popular residential district of South Buda, in a green area bordered by a small river and a lake, and along the roads leading to Balaton and the Budaörs airport.
This is the second residential project that Belgian developer Atenor is planning in the CEE region, after obtaining
