POLAND Come on over to My Place

Office & mixed-use development
Echo Investment has brought into use the second office building of its My Place (Moje Miejsce) multifunctional development in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. As a result, the new urban quarter combining offices, residential and retail/services premises has now been completed.

The construction work on My Place began in 2017. In 2019, the developer completed the first part of the project – a 19,000 sqm office building, which now houses such companies as Havas Group, CitySpace and Corteva. In July 2020, the occupancy permit was granted for the residential section of the project, which comprises 243 apartments in five buildings. The second stage of the project, a 17,000 sqm office building, was built according to scheduled in 17 months.

Between ul. Beethovena and ul. Witosa, a multifunctional space for office workers, residents and visitors has been created. By commissioning the second office building, and thus completing the construction of the entire complex, we’ve added a total of 36,000 sqm of modern office space to the market. I am convinced that thanks to the diversity of its functions, everyone will be able to find their place here.
Rafał Mazurczak, a member of the management board of Echo Investment

To ensure the safety of tenants, the developer has introduced its Five for Safety programme in both office buildings – a set of rules and procedures for promoting and ensuring health and safety of office users.

JEMS Architekci was responsible for the architectural design of My Place.
