Austrian furniture and decoration retailer XXXLutz has leased 6,000 sqm in WDP Industrial Park Dragomireşti on Bucharest's western outskirts.

The warehousing space is to be used to supply the company's stores in the city's Militari and Pallady districts. The lease was brokered by industrial real estate agency Dunwell.

In December 2019, XXXLutz acquired 22 Kika stores in Eastern Europe, two of which were in Romania, and rebranded them. It also has Mömax stores in Timişoara and Oradea.

WDP Industrial Park Dragomireşti, which is situated on the northwest section of the Bucharest ring road, comprises 30,200 sqm of leasable space. It is owned by Belgian warehouse developer WDP.
