POLAND Panattoni to build latest Western Pomeranian park

Panattoni Park Stargard will comprise 172,000 sqm in three buildings, each of around 57,000 sqm. It is to be situated on a 30 ha plot on ul. Metalowa on Stargard’s southeastern oustkirts, around 40 km east of Szczecin and 80 km from the German border.

Germany has been our main trading partner for years but now Poland is becoming a major supplier of goods to Germany. The German statistical office has just announced that Poland has for the first time come fifth among the country’s most important trading partners. Ahead of Italy but behind China, the Netherlands, the USA and France. This demonstrates the growing importance of Poland for German foreign trade. Last year, the volume traded between our two countries came to EUR 123 bln.

The park is to be BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Very Good’. Panattoni has already developed almost 500,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space in Western Pomerania.
