POLAND Vonder goes UpTown for second Warsaw project

Residential
Berlin-based co-living specialist Vonder is to open its second location in Warsaw – UpTown by Vonder.

UpTown by Vonder, at ul. Dubois 9 in Muranów district (just north of the city centre), will offer 113 fully-furnished flats, ranging from studios to three-bedroomed executive apartments, each including private lounges, bathrooms and kitchens. All bills are included in the rent.

The complex will join UpRiver by Vonder, the company’s first co-living project in Poland’s capital, which comprises 400 apartments and is situated on the banks of the Vistula in Powiśle district. The pre-rental process for this building recently started.

The co-living accommodation offered by Vonder has a minimum stay of one to three months, depending on the location. Integration events are also organised in the buildings. The company now has 30 locations in such cities as London, Berlin and Dublin, and is soon to open others in Dubai and the US.

The co-living concept, which is marketed as being ideal for Generation Y, involves providing fully-serviced apartments and community space shared by students or young professionals.
