POLAND InPost plant on its way in City Logistics Kraków Airport

Warehouse & industrial
Panattoni is to develop a facility for InPost for the production of Paczkomat parcel lockers as well as an R&D centre for the company in City Logistics Kraków Airport.

InPost’s plant is to take up 7,230 sqm of the park. It will comprise 5,800 sqm of production space and 1,432 sqm of offices. The R&D centre is to have two laboratories and a showroom.

Once again we are launching a development project in Kraków that will qualify as a last-mile facility and, in addition, it is going to be next to the airport. For this reason, it is worth pointing out the significance of the park for such a difficult market as this city. Kraków is a market where there is a limited supply of land, which results in relatively high prices. The second-largest city in Poland, both in terms of its area and population, should have its own warehousing resources. That is why I am convinced that City Logistics Kraków Airport will give many companies there the opportunity to spread their wings.
Robert Dobrzycki, the CEO at Panattoni

City Logistics Kraków Airport is to have a leasable area of 12,500 sqm and will also offer small business units from 1,200 sqm. It will be situated off the Balice II junction of the A4 motorway and should come into operation in July. The park is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Very Good’ level.
