IT company Spyrosoft has 2,000 sqm in the third stage (the final building) of the High5ive office development in Kraków for its local headquarters.
High5ive is the second project developed by Skanska – after Nowy Targ in Wroclaw – where Spyrosoft has opened a local office. The company, which was advised for this lease by Collier International’s Kraków branch, will move into its new premises in March 2022.
