Carrefour expands Outlet Zone concept

Retail & leisure
Carrefour is to roll out its Outlet Zone concept to three hypermarkets located in Warsaw and Łódź.

The Outlet Zone concept was tested out in the autumn and comprises an area where non-grocery goods are on sale at exceptionally low prices including home goods, toys and electronics. The lowest prices will start at PLN 1.99 while the goods are grouped together by price. The original concept was tested out in Zakopianka in Kraków, Atrium Targówek in Warsaw and Galeria Morena in Gdańsk. Now the concept is to be extended to the Carrefour store in Galeria Wileńska in Warsaw as well as to the Carrefour hypermarkets on ul. Powstańców Śląskich in Warsaw’s Bemowo district and on ul. Szparagowa in Łódź.
