CZECH REPUBLIC AFI buys Prague office park from Tristan

AFI Europe has signed an agreement to acquire Avenir Business Park in Nové Butovice (Prague 5) from UK investor Tristan Capital Partners for EUR 66.5 mln.

The 25,600 sqm office complex is almost 100 pct occupied, to such tenants as ČSOB, ING, Porsche, McDonald’s, Dermacol and Coloplast.

Avenir Business Park enjoys long-term interest from major international tenants, who appreciate the project’s high quality and location in an area with excellent public services.

The transaction should be completed as soon as the seller fulfils certain conditions precedent.
