POLAND Sinsay to open biggest store in Tarnów

Fashion brand Sinsay, which is owned by LPP group, has signed a lease agreement to open a store of more than 900 sqm in the CH Max shopping centre in Tarnów, in southern Poland.
This is to be Sinsay’s largest store in the city. The opening of the Sinsay boutique is scheduled for the autumn. The lease follows that of German clothing retailer KiK, which is to open a 700 sqm store in the redeveloped centre. CH Max, which is located in Tarnów city centre, is a two-level convenience centre with 5.700 sqm of retail space and 30 stores. Tenants include Biedronka, Drogeria Natura, Pepco, TXM, Monnari and Cosmedica. In 2018, the centre was purchased by Obsydiane Invest
