POLAND Sinsay to open biggest store in Tarnów

Retail & leisure
Fashion brand Sinsay, which is owned by LPP group, has signed a lease agreement to open a store of more than 900 sqm in the CH Max shopping centre in Tarnów, in southern Poland.

This is to be Sinsay’s largest store in the city. The opening of the Sinsay boutique is scheduled for the autumn. The lease follows that of German clothing retailer KiK, which is to open a 700 sqm store in the redeveloped centre.

CH Max, which is located in Tarnów city centre, is a two-level convenience centre with 5.700 sqm of retail space and 30 stores. Tenants include Biedronka, Drogeria Natura, Pepco, TXM, Monnari and Cosmedica.

In 2018, the centre was purchased by Obsydiane Investments, owned by Irish investor Derek Sharkey, the former vice-president of Caelum Development, which later became Caelum Real Estate Asset Management (CREAM). CREAM Property Advisors is responsible for managing the centre and the leasing of the space.
