A major global IT company has leased 30,000 sqm in the Nové Apollo office complex, which is being developed by HB Reavis in Bratislava.
The company, the identity of which has yet to be disclosed, will thus be the largest tenant of the 48,000 sqm project.
Nové Apollo will be situated in the city’s central Nové Nivy district and is expected to be completed in 2023. According to the developer, it will have the largest floorplate in the CEE region - 7,000 sqm. The seven-storey building has been designed by UK studio Make Architects in cooperation with local studio Siebert+Talaš.
